Summary

Fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. The role involves finding, developing, and retaining the best talent by integrating internal mobility with external hiring to build a diverse, robust, and flexible workforce aligned with business goals.


Main Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the HR Resourcing Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recommend optimal recruitment strategies.
* Provide guidance to hiring managers, candidates and agency partners at every stage of the hiring process.
* Manage end-to-end administrative tasks: posting job adverts, sourcing candidates via social media, CV databases and professional networks, conducting phone interviews, tests and assessments.
* Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with all parties.
* Facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
* Utilise talent pooling and market intelligence to improve cost efficiency and recruitment outcomes.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience

* Education to A‑Level or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Problem‑solving mindset and detail‑oriented, compassionate service orientation.
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, handling the full recruitment cycle.
* Familiarity with social media, CV databases and professional networks.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and various selection methods.
* Experience with candidate onboarding processes and external agency partnership management.


Bonus Skills

* CIPD Level 5 or a degree in Human Resource Management.
* Copy‑writing skills.
