Housing Manager Income | West Yorkshire|£48,000 - £50,000 per annum We are currently supporting our West Yorkshire based client with the appointment of an experienced Housing Manager to lead and strengthen the income recovery team. This role will suit someone confident in managing a team and driving best practice in income recovery. The Role * Lead and oversee income collection activity, ensuring strong performance and best practice recovery * Manage and support a team of Income Officers, providing day-to-day leadership and oversight * Oversee the use of digital and automated tenant engagement tools to support effective customer contact and income recovery * Work confidently with housing income and arrears management systems * Review current processes and performance, making clear recommendations for service improvement * Support complex income cases and provide insight to senior colleagues as required Experience Required
