Behaviour Support Worker

Role Overview: You'll work with secondary-age students (11-16) experiencing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties. This could involve 1:1 or small group work, both inside and occasionally outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver consistent behavioural support across various settings
* Build student confidence and reconnect them with learning
* Aid academic catch up where needed
* Maintain records of student development and wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
* At least 6 months' experience in a UK school
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
