Play a key role in shaping and scaling a bold, high-impact organic social presence that drives engagement, brand awareness, and community across key digital platforms.

Location: Hybrid out of UK/Remote in the UK

This is the role and main tasks
As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing our organic social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will define and execute a clear social strategy, combining creative storytelling with data-driven optimisation to increase reach, engagement, and community impact.

You will act as the in-house expert on social platforms — understanding formats, algorithms, and audience behaviour — while continuously testing new ideas, formats, and content approaches. This role blends strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure social is embedded across all key initiatives.

You will also play a key role in building and scaling our employee advocacy programme, enabling teams and leaders to actively contribute to our social presence and amplify key messages.

More specifically, you will:

1. Own and define the organic social strategy, including tone of voice, content direction, and success metrics
2. Drive growth in reach and engagement through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimisation
3. Build and execute organic social plans aligned with broader company initiatives (e.g. campaigns, events, product launches)
4. Lead and manage social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
5. Act as the internal expert on platform best practices, formats, and algorithm changes
6. Develop and evolve video and long-form content strategies, especially for YouTube
7. Test new content formats, storytelling approaches, and creative concepts with clear hypotheses and learnings
8. Ensure content strategies align with broader SEO / AEO and digital goals
9. Create engaging content and activation plans that encourage employee involvement
10. Partner with leadership and teams to amplify campaigns, launches, and thought leadership
11. Educate and enable internal teams on social media best practices and personal branding
12. Develop social-first creative ideas, content series, and storytelling formats beyond static posts
13. Maintain high creative standards while ensuring content remains agile and platform-native
14. Collaborate closely with Campaigns, Paid Media, PR, Content, and People & Culture teams

You will join a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team working across campaigns, content, paid media, and brand. The team values creativity, experimentation, and measurable impact, with social playing a key role in amplifying business initiatives and brand storytelling.

Who we are looking for
We are searching for a creative and strategic social media professional who thrives on building engaging content and growing communities. You bring both a strong point of view on social and the ability to translate ideas into high-performing content.

You are hands-on, curious, and comfortable experimenting — balancing creativity with performance, brand consistency, and business goals. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and know how to bring others along in building a strong social presence.

Moreover, you:

15. Have 5+ years of experience in organic social media roles with ownership of strategy and execution
16. Have strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally within B2B environments
17. Have experience building or scaling employee advocacy programmes
18. Bring a creative mindset and are comfortable challenging briefs and exploring new approaches
19. Have strong stakeholder management skills and can balance creative ideas with business objectives
20. Have excellent writing skills and a strong instinct for social storytelling
21. Have experience creating content, with video production considered a plus
22. Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
23. Are comfortable experimenting, learning from results, and iterating quickly
24. Balance creativity with commercial awareness and brand responsibility
25. Are a collaborative team player who can connect initiatives across teams
