Project Health & Safety Lead - Data Centre Build Salary: �75,000 - �85,000 Package Location: Site-based (5 days per week) We are currently seeking an experienced Project Health & Safety Lead to join a leading main contractor delivering a major data centre build. This is a key leadership role on a high-profile, technically complex project, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of health & safety standards from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all Health & Safety activities on site * Drive a strong safety culture across all site teams and subcontractors * Ensure full compliance with UK H&S legislation, company policies, and client requirements * Develop, implement, and monitor H&S plans, RAMS, and method statements * Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations * Act as the primary H&S point of contact for the client and senior project team * Provide advice, guidance, and mentoring to site leadership where required About You * Proven experience as a Health & Safety Lead / Manager on large construction projects * Data centre experience highly beneficial, though not essential * Strong background working for a main contractor * Relevant H&S qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent ) * Confident operating in a live, site-based environment * Comfortable being on site 5 days per week * Proactive, professional, and able to influence at all levels If the above role may be of interest, please submit your CV to or e-mail - louie.covello@shirleyparsons.com
