Main Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.
* Pre-screening and preparing candidates for interviews.
* Advertising job vacancies whilst utilising various job boards to attract the best talent.
* To provide high-quality, excellent customer service at all times.
* Adhering to recruitment KPI and business development targets each month.
* Upholding recruitment compliance in line with government legislation and GDPR regulations.
* Proficient with Excel and gathering quantitative and qualitative data.
* Extensive knowledge in all key areas of recruitment: resourceful, responsive, respectful, resolving and upholding impeccable brand reputation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* On-boarding new starters and processing file audits.
* Attending recruitment campaigns, utilising candidate pool and job board.
* Conducting RTW checks, reference, DBS checks and pre-employment checks.
Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:
* Previous experience as a Recruitment officer.
* Confidence in sourcing candidates at all levels.
* Strong commercial awareness and expert at recruiting through multiple job boards.
* Personality - consultative, creative, forward-thinking, diligent and most importantly integrity.
* It is a fast- paced environment, the successful Recruitment Officer will be interpersonally confident and a pro-active team player.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitively.
* Have the ability to thrive under pressure and good organisational and multitasking skills.
* Showcase a high level of attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
* Have excellent communication skills, always professional and polite.
* Competence in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
* Proactive and ability to use initiatives during complex situations.
