Thai Sous Chef – High-Volume Production Kitchen – 55,000 + Bonus
We're recruiting a Thai Sous Chef to join a dynamic contract catering operation just outside South-East London, delivering premium food at scale for prestigious international clients.
This role is ideally suited to Thai Sous Chefs from contract catering, aviation catering or large-scale production kitchens, where volume, consistency and organisation are second nature -combined with genuine expertise in Thai cuisine.
The Offer
Up to £55,000 salary per year.

The Role
Support and lead day-to-day kitchen operations within the Thai section.
Drive consistency, quality and authenticity across all dishes.
Lead and develop junior chefs within a structured brigade.
Oversee prep, production and service delivery at scale.
Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and innovation.
Maintain high standards of food safety, allergens and due diligence.
About You
Strong background in authentic Thai cuisine is essential.
Experience within contract catering, aviation or high-volume production kitchens .
