Responsibilities as an Internal Coordinator:
As an Internal Coordinator, you will act as a central point of contact across the business, ensuring information and tasks are distributed efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and managing shared inboxes
Distributing work and enquiries to the relevant departments
Uploading and maintaining documents accurately
Retaining and organising information across internal systems
Responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
To be successful as an Internal Coordinator:
This role would suit someone who is highly organised and able to work at pace without compromising accuracy. You will ideally have:
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work quickly and efficiently
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confidence handling multiple tasks and priorities
Good written communication skills
