We are urgently looking for a DSSL FTE Engineer for a full-time onsite role in Tetbury, UK.
* Experience in DSSL / Desktop Support / EUC Support
* Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
* Hands‑on experience with hardware, software, and enterprise IT support
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to work onsite full-time
Immediate availability or short notice candidates are highly preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills
* Active Directory (AD)
* SCCM / MECM
* BitLocker
* Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
* User Administration & Device Management
* Endpoint management and deployment
* IT asset support and device configuration
