Main duties of the job
This role is pivotal in ensuring seasonal targets are met bydirectly contacting patients via phone or AccuRx messaging.
The post holder will possess excellent communication and ITskills and will be responsible for running reports, contacting patients, andsupporting the practice in achieving its targets.

Our fantastic clinical team includes GPs, ACPs, Pharmacists,Physician Associates, Nurses, HCAs and Social Prescribes.
Job responsibilities
Contacting patients to increase uptake in various clinicalareas to improve patient outcomes.
Production of reports for recalls and to book appointmentsfor flu/covid and annual reviews.
Support with the admin and coding of patient records duringflu/covid clinics.
Access external websites to arrange cervical smearappointments issuing disclaimers where required.
Code patient records for example, housebound patients,people who decline vaccines.
Issuing letters and texts message via ACCURX.
Book telephone appointments and inviting patients forvarious clinics including but not limited to baby immunisations, BloodPressure, cervical smear clinics, shingles, RSV.
Patient deductions and preparing folders for Newlyregistered patients.
Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be prepared to carry outother duties as may be reasonably required from time to time within the generalcharacter of the post or the level of responsibility of the role, ensuring thatwork is delivered in a timely and effective manner.

* Excellent communication skills - written and oral
* Clear, polite telephone manner
* Effective time management with good Planning & Organising skills
* Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
* Good interpersonal skills
* Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
Experience
* Previous experience in telephone communication and customer patient interaction
* Experience of working in primary care
