Project Administrator Location: Watford (office-based) Salary: £32,000 £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, office-based) About the Company: We are representing a well-established engineering company delivering high-quality projects to a portfolio of blue-chip commercial clients across the UK. They have a reputation for excellence and a strong pipeline of work and are looking to expand their project delivery team with a motivated and highly organised Project Administrator. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Managers and wider delivery team Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules, and reports Update and manage project databases, trackers, and filing systems to ensure accurate records Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions Liaise confidently with site-based team members, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Support with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring project budgets Track project progress and highlight potential risks or delays to the team Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role (ideally within an engineering, construction, or project-based environment) Confident in communicating and building rapport with site-based operational teams Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn Please send in your CV to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
