Working Pattern

Onsite 5 days a week: Mon‑Thu 12pm‑8pm (30‑min break), Fri 9am‑5pm (30‑min break).

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver first‑class customer service, professionally and efficiently, in accordance with documented procedures.
* Liaise with key parties, including third‑party suppliers and other Maersk offices worldwide.
* Continuously innovate and seek new ways to improve service delivery and business efficiency.
* Ensure all documents are processed accurately and timely, in line with company policies.
* Produce internal and external reports and statistics, including client KPI reporting.
* Monitor third‑party supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Support clients in problem solving by building an in‑depth understanding of their business and challenges.
* Proactively identify supply‑chain challenges and suggest optimisation solutions.
* Attend client and other meetings as required.
* Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams.
* Execute other ad‑hoc tasks and projects as requested.


We Are Looking For

* Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
* Analytical skills to solve complex problems with effective solutions.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
* Expertise with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Good telephone manner and strong customer‑service mindset.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
