What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager
* Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agent partners across your designated area.
* Maximise opportunities from partner branches through face-to-face and online coaching.
* Conduct branch visits and deliver training sessions to increase auction activity.
* Identify growth opportunities and develop partner plans to achieve revenue goals.
* Deliver onboarding and knowledge-based training to new partners alongside internal teams.
* Manage your diary effectively to meet service standards and achieve agreed appointment targets.
* Create and share case studies to showcase success and support sales.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, and drive to deliver key objectives.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years' property-related experience (account management experience preferred).
* Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to motivate others.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with overnight stays when required.
* Strong ability to coach and motivate estate agents to drive business growth.
* Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable with audiences of all sizes and formats.
* Skilled in building trust with a variety of stakeholders.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
* Effective working both remotely and collaboratively within a wider team.
