You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving product adoption, and maximising revenue opportunities through face-to-face and virtual coaching, training, and strategic partner planning. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll build strong partnerships, implement onboarding and success frameworks, and help branches unlock their full potential. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned estate agent partners Deliver partner plans to maximise uptake of group products Conduct branch visits and virtual meetings across your region Provide training and coaching to branch managers and teams Identify growth opportunities and develop revenue-driving action plans Support onboarding of new partner wins alongside internal teams Manage your diary to achieve agreed appointment and activity targets Create and share case studies to showcase success Represent the business professionally across all communication channels Demonstrate energy, drive, and commitment to achieving key objectives What are we looking for? Property industry and/or Account Management experience is preferred Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to inspire others Strong coaching and influencing skills Confident and engaging presenter across in-person and virtual settings Highly organised with strong time management Able to work remotely while collaborating effectively with wider teams Willing and able to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays Due to the geographical requirements of this role, you will ideally be based within the South Midlands area and be willing to travel.
