Perfect Personnel are currently recruting for an experienced tracking administrator to work for a client of ours based in Redditch. We are seeking a candidate who ideally has knowledge of the Transport and Freight forwarding industry. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with the view to start as soon as both parties are happy. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with various clients, be highly organised and remain focused under pressure. You must take control of tracking of movement of goods from A to B and keep customers always informed. The post holder must always be in full control and be able to communicate at the highest level. Must have a can-do attitude and take pride in the job. If an issues arises you must have the ability to escalate any issues to relevant team members.When jobs are complete update, the system closing off jobs at the end of the process. Qualifications • Must be computer literate including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases • Good level of numeracy and literacy • 5 GCSEs or equivalent The ideal candidate due to the nature of the role will be a good listener with the ability to resolve issues. You must have the ability to manage their time effectively and have good attention to detail. The ability to speak a second language is an advantage but not essential. The role can be fast paced at times so you must be able to multitask and prioritise the workload. You will also need to be organised with the ability to remain focussed under pressure. Working hours - 44 per week Friday – Monday 19.00 – 07.00 Annual leave entitlement 25 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata)
