An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Operational Team within After Sales on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. You will provide professional frontline technical support to customers across our brands.
Position: After Sales Support Executive.
Contract details: 12-month fixed‑term maternity cover. A work‑from‑home option may be arranged after training.

Responsibilities
* Offer best‑in‑class customer support to all customers, aiming for first‑time resolution.
* Develop and nurture professional relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders.
* Take ownership for all customer interactions.
* Authorise product collections and arrange repairs under guarantee.
* Identify cost‑effective opportunities and drive efficiency to enhance operational excellence.
* Adapt flexibly to support departmental projects from concept to delivery.
* Strive to improve product knowledge and own personal development.
* Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
* Occasional business travel to customer sites for RMA inspections and assessment of warranty returns.
* Perform any ad‑hoc duties as requested by the line manager.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, demonstrating ability to handle inquiries and resolution.
* Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
* Efficiently manage time to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with CRM systems.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Strong data entry, typing and analytical skills.
* Ability to professionally manage key working relationships across the business.
* Effective teamwork and collaboration.
* Ability to develop trust and work autonomously in supporting customers.
