What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP seeking their next step, with leadership qualities and a passion for producing quality fresh food. Responsibilities include:
* Championing excellent service through quality food
* Leading and developing a team
* Hands-on cooking with excellent communication skills
* Managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety
* Designing and delivering new dishes with your Head Chef
* Maintaining effective controls regarding GP and labour
* Driving sales and growth through team engagement
