Job Title: Contract Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Manager to join the team located in London.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical services, project works and building performance.
* Daily management of engineering team, ensuring compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures.
* Complete weekly operations report to client and attend weekly operations meetings and client meetings as requested.
* Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduce WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth.
* Ensure customer focus within operational activities and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
* Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad‑hoc reporting and other publications.
* Provide a learning environment and appropriate training and development planning, ensuring employees are competent and able to achieve full potential.
* Lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives, staying informed on Health and Safety issues; formal training (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent) desirable.
Qualifications
* Previous contract management experience with good knowledge of building services and legislation.
* Track record in facilities management.
* Technical background desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate and direct technicians/operatives.
* Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent training desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, maintain clear thinking, and deliver services within given time constraints.
