Dover Chevrolet- Collision Center, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a Full Time Auto Body Estimator. Candidates with experience in automotive collision are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with insurance companies and clients on repair progress, notifying them of completion delays and potential part back orders.
* Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and supplements for presentation to end users.
* Meet with outside insurance representatives for initial and supplemental estimate needs.
* Review receivables with management to ensure timely payments
* Facilitate payments from customer and insurance companies including deductible and betterment payments
* Assist in part identification and ordering
* Schedule sublet vendors according to shop and repair process completion
* Follow up with customers on completed repairs
* Work with shop technicians to assist with obtaining shop supplies, supply inventory and repair components
* Direct interaction with management team to facilitate efficient repair process practices
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
* Flexible schedule to cover store hours
* Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
* Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
