* Science Teacher with TLR (2nd in Department)
* Full-time, permanent role starting January 2026
* Teach Science at KS3 and KS4 – leadership responsibility included
* TLR allowance available in addition to MPS/UPS salary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to take on additional departmental responsibility and make a meaningful impact on teaching and learning. You’ll work closely with a Curriculum Leader and Trust-wide subject specialists, contributing to whole-school progress and subject development.
The Role
* Support the leadership and development of the Science department
* Lead by example in curriculum planning, teaching and assessment
* Ensure high standards of progress and outcomes for all students
* Champion teaching and learning innovations and departmental improvement
Experience and Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and strong subject knowledge in Science
* Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Proven track record of securing good or outstanding student outcomes
* Previous leadership or responsibility role is desirable but not essential
* Strong awareness of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies

Salary
