KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Recruiting, training, and supervising new volunteers/students/other employees.
* Developing and coordinating an up-to-date database of volunteers/students’ information, availability, and skills.
* Identifying and implementing engagement initiatives such as Network meetings, outreach programmes, e-mails etc.
* Keeping new and existing volunteers/students informed about the organisation and volunteer opportunities.
* Matching volunteers/students to opportunities that suit their skill sets, and ensuring they understand their responsibilities and receive the relevant training.
* Organising training and leading on-the-job training.
* Mapping local support and services, identifying gaps whilst capturing the voice of local family’s needs and wants.
* Preparing codes of conduct and operating procedures to uphold Just Family CIC values.
* Ensuring Just Family CIC purpose is conveyed to the public.
Due to the nature of the organisation, there may be additional duties and responsibilities required in addition to these above.
Just Family CIC offers flexible working patterns (service dependent), regular supervision, wellbeing support, and opportunities for professional/personal development.
