This full-service events and communications agency works with well-known global brands, mainly in healthcare and pharma, to deliver a range of events from large-scale congresses to smaller meetings, often involving complex logistics worldwide. The agency is expanding and seeks a Director to support growth.
The Role:
The role is highly autonomous and collaborative, focusing on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the agency's global brand presence. Responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, presenting to clients, responding to RFPs, leading pitches, and securing contracts. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders and may require travel to events.
About You:
Candidates should have proven experience in new business development within the events, exhibitions, and production industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or Life Sciences events is advantageous but not essential. Experience managing the full sales cycle, networking at industry events, and securing new business is required.
