Quality Control (QC) Lead Location: Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Quality Control (QC) Lead on behalf of a global CDMO organization.
Lead the QC team, overseeing the setup, compliance (EHS and Quality) and ongoing operation of the QC laboratory, including:
QC Lab suitability
QC Organization
QC Equipment/Systems
QC Quality System
Set up and maintenance of the QC lab for Raw Material, IPC, Product testing, sample and retain management
Support qualification of the QC Equipment/Systems and transfer/validation of test methods
Set up short and long term goals, including activity plans for the QC lab and teams
Provision of safe working environment through risk management principles
Maintain laboratory hygiene and housekeeping
Oversee QC Testing and release
Responsible for QC internal and external communications
Technical experience within GMP QC laboratory environment, including project management, equipment/system/method qualification/validation and tech transfer
Focus on high quality; good at planning, organizing and communication.
Understands how to effectively engage others within project/change processes
Champions and role models the values of diversity and inclusion through everyday interactions in groups or 1:1s
