We require an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record in SAP implementations. 50% of your role will focus on leading and supporting SAP-driven transformation projects and 50% of your role will be providing change management for our existing Digital Services delivery portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal part in engaging stakeholders, designing and embedding change, and ensuring the successful adoption of new SAP systems and processes across the organisation. Your expertise in SAP implementations will be essential as you manage project delivery, coordinate training, and drive benefits realisation. The other half of your role will see you delivering a wider programme of digital change, including process improvements, and supporting the adoption of innovative technologies that are part of the current portfolio. Essential Knowledge 1. Experience of managing or supporting changes in a transformation environment, using a range of change management techniques. Ability to organise and coordinate iterative development of products. Identifying and helping to resolve cultural barriers to change. 2. Demonstrable experience of high-quality stakeholder management across a range of roles eg: Senior Management, business areas, communications and suppliers, recognising the different approached and responses from stakeholders when working in a change management environment. 3. Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working in a project management environment ensuring that work is completed to the expected quality and within time and cost. 4. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of benefits realisation through the identification of appropriate datasets and benefits realization plans that articulate the longer-term outcomes and benefits of the change. 5. Business Analysis and/or Business Change experience Desirable: 1.
