o Day rate of pay: £13.38 per hour
o Night rate of pay: £16.19 per hour
* Shifts: 4 on 4 off
* Location: Crawley
* Hours: 06:00 am to 18:00 pm OR 18:00 pm to 06:00 am
* Weekly pay (Every Friday)

Key Duties:
* Receive, check, and store inbound deliveries to agreed standards.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound distribution to World Duty Free stores.
* Ensure all goods are handled safely, securely, and in compliance with customs and aviation regulations.
* Operate warehouse systems, scanners, and equipment (training provided where required).
* Support stock control processes, including regular cycle counts and investigations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.

* UK Settled Status (If applicable)

* Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
* Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential
