Job Description
As a Store Colleague at JD Sports, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. Your day‑to‑day role involves greeting customers with enthusiasm, maintaining clean and stocked displays, managing the till and safety protocols, and supporting the store’s operational excellence.
Hourly Rate – £12.81
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support.
* Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options and enhance the customer journey.
* Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
* Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking and adherence to safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
* Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn, take on new tasks and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and busy seasonal periods.

* A genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends and the latest products.
* Proactive attitude, confident approaching customers to support sales opportunities.
