About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of commercial properties in the Leatherhead area. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage routine and reactive maintenance works across multiple commercial sites
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules using the company’s management system
Monitor compliance with health and safety standards and ensure all necessary inspections and certifications are up to date
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and staff
Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance and repair works
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on property maintenance performanceRequirements:
Proven experience in a facilities, maintenance, or property management role (commercial sector preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with H&S regulations and maintenance compliance standards
Confident using property or maintenance management software (training provided if needed)
Full UK driving licence preferred (some travel between sites may be required)What We Offer:
