Short-Term Letting Negotiator - Immediate Start
Hours:
1. Tue-Fri: 11:00-17:00
2. Mon & Sat: 10:00-14:00 (alternating)
Total: 26 hours per week
Contract:
3. Ends 19 December, resumes week commencing 5 January for approx. 8 weeks.
4. No plans for permanent role at this stage (subject to change).
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator to join our clients team on a short-term basis. You'll be working within a 2-mile radius, mainly handling student lets with a mix of other properties.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Arrange and conduct property viewings (grouped in threes)
6. Follow up with prospective tenants
7. Take reservations and deposits
8. Process references and prepare tenancy agreements
Requirements:
9. Relevant letting negotiation experience is essential
10. Strong organisational and communication skills
11. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
