We are seeking a Market Development Manager (Property Design) to lead national sales growth in our education property business. The successful candidate will drive strategies to expand beyond Staffordshire into new public sector property frameworks.
This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in public sector property growth, understanding government frameworks, and experience in leading national sales efforts.
As the Market Development Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Developing property opportunities in RIBA work stages 0-4
* Nurturing client aspirations and developing opportunities using architectural expertise
* Targeting educators, local government, blue light, and housing developers
* Self-generating leads and opening opportunities
* Providing master planning design input
* Creating sales forecasts and strategies to achieve targets
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in public service property design
* Proficiency in master planning and stakeholder engagement
* Business development experience in property sector
* Knowledge of the education sector (highly desirable)
* Strong sales, account management, and marketing skills
* Established credibility with senior decision-makers
* Commercial and financial acumen
* Willingness to travel nationally
