About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a difference in our customers' lives!
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and recommending suitable products, services, and digital solutions.
* Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
* Receive guidance from managers while exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures.
* Develop a strong understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs.
* Engage with customers to demonstrate care and foster relationships.
* Provide tailored options for bank products and services.
* Refer customers to other bankers and partners as needed.
* Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
What You’ll Need
Required Qualifications
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
* Strong customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions.
* Proven ability to engage customers proactively through outreach.
* Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Experience in building strong customer relationships and collaborating with team members.
* Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
* Relevant military experience is a plus.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Maintain cash drawer and handle cash balancing while completing service-related tasks.
* This position requires SAFE registration upon employment.
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
