Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own pricing, inventory and distribution strategy across all channels, using data-led insights to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall yield. Test and adjust prices; use stay/availability controls and optimise inventory/overbooking. Keep rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts; run daily pick-up reviews and change rates/availability fast. Grow direct bookings with Marketing: create fenced offers, improve website conversion, and keep rate parity. Keep distribution healthy (fix parity/content, secure partner visibility) and turn data into action with simple KPI scorecards and solid forecasts; brief the GM/HODs.
