First Aid Lead - Full Time (fully flexible, including evenings and weekends)
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Deliver day-to-day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Provide a first aid service to employees and guests, maintaining high quality within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures. Ensure paperwork is harmonised across both CWOA & TP.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily duties to ensure the department is fully functional.
* Provide an exceptional experience aligned with the Merlin/LEGOLAND brand.
* Maintain consistent high standards across front and back office areas.
* Ensure smooth and efficient daily running of the department.
* Maintain first aid policies, procedures, and COSWP in consultation with managers.
* Attend regularly in a clinical environment or on first aid duties to keep skills up-to-date and report changes in procedures.
* Manage specific projects as agreed with the Zonal Manager.
* Provide administrative and IT support, producing accurate reports and documentation.
* Archive old records and prepare seasonal paperwork.
* Maintain relationships with local emergency services and act on their feedback.
* Organise regular and random drug and alcohol testing across the resort.
* Liaise with Human Resources as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent communication skills.
* Working knowledge of the Park and Hotel, including geographical layout and services (desired).
* Aware of guests’ needs to eliminate complaints and exceed expectations.
* Commitment to positively handling difficult situations and change without conflict.
* Valid First Aid at Work Qualification (FAW) required.
* Full Driving Licence desirable.

Pay Range
GBP £13.70 per hour.
