We are currently seeking a dedicated Mou Children's Team Manager to oversee the First Contact/MASH team in Durham on a 12-month contract. About the Role: The Mou Children's Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and first contact officers, ensuring effective operation of the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub). You will support Durham’s safeguarding partners by sharing vital information, making evidence-based decisions, and ensuring responsive and timely interventions for children and families.
