A fast-growing sports tech company building high-performance, data-driven products for a rapidly expanding global user base is searching for a Senior Fullstack Engineer.
As part of a cross-functional Product Team, you\'ll work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to shape the future of the platform—not just build it. You’ll have a real voice in technical decisions, mentor others, and engage directly with customers to build tools they love.
Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain fullstack features using Rails and React Native
* Collaborate across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
* Write clear, maintainable code and documentation
* Talk directly to users and stakeholders to understand real-world needs
* Continuously improve team practices and product quality
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks
* Strong experience in React and/or React Native
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Independent and proactive problem-solver
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, user-focused environment
* Passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing
