Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, deep understanding of CRM/CE capabilities, and proven ability to drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
* Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
* Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables using Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
* Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
* Ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned to business requirements and best practices.
* Maintain project documentation including requirements, user stories, sprint plans, and status reports.
* Build and manage project communication plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
* Work closely with the Product Owner to refine backlog and ensure delivery alignment.
* Identify project risks and create mitigation/resolution strategies.
* Ensure compliance with organizational governance and project standards.
1. Required Skills & Experience
* 5–10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on D365 CRM/CE or Microsoft Dynamics projects.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead on CRM/CE implementations.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
* Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing sprints and requirements.
