What you’ll do on a typical day:
Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence
* Run assigned client meetings, setting agendas, leading on presentations
* Ensure work is delivered within established timeframes and up to the company’s high standards
* Responsible for keeping client satisfaction with company’s services and tracking service metrics
* Assist with financial modelling, budgets and forecasts
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-moving logistics operation
* Client Service delivery or account management experience
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced excel & data reporting experience
