Our client is looking for a Catering Team Leader to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and make sure every guest has a fantastic experience.
This role comes with family-friendly hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with alternative weekends and no evenings giving you a great work-life balance while leading a fun, energetic team.
As our Team Leader, youll be at the heart of everything that happens each day. From keeping the catering running smoothly to making sure little visitors have a safe and enjoyable time, youll guide your team with energy, care and a playful spirit.
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating a friendly catering team.
Making sure the catering runs efficiently, including stock, sales and team schedules.
Keeping everyone safe with strong health, safety and food hygiene standards.
Supporting your team with training, development and ongoing guidance.
Using guest feedback to make our menus, products and experiences even better.
Helping with seasonal events, parties and busy days.
Handling guest questions and concerns in a friendly, confident way.
Who Theyre Looking For:
Experience leading a team in catering, food service, or a similar environment.
A natural leader who enjoys coaching, supporting and inspiring others.
Someone organised and confident who can manage a busy environment with a smile.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
Positive, adaptable, and approachable, with a genuine love for creating great experiences for families.
Experience in visitor attractions or leisure environments is a bonus, but not essential.
