Our client is currently looking for a Senior Site Agent to join a high-performing water capital delivery team working on essential reservoir and water infrastructure projects.

The Role:
As Senior Site Agent, you'll manage the design and build of critical water assets - primarily service reservoirs - within the Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework. You'll lead safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery, working closely with Project and Construction Managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site safety, daily briefings, permit control, and SHE compliance
Lead temporary works and lifting inspections
Drive quality from mobilisation through to defect-free completion
Manage procurement, site spend, and plant controls
Support commercial management with accurate reporting, certification, and early warning notices
Build a collaborative site culture focused on best practice, innovation, and delivery excellence
About You:
10+ years' experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering, ideally water sector
Demonstrated expertise in concrete structures, deep excavations, trenchless techniques, and live site operations
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and site documentation tools
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
CSCS card & SMSTS
EUSR SHEA Water, NRSWA, First Aid (3-day), Confined Space ticket
CAT & Genny, Temporary Works Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor (Appointed Person)
Full UK driving licence
