Carpenter / Joiner (Repairs / Maintenance) – Permanent Full Time – Lincoln Office

Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality service by carrying out planned repairs to void properties and undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.
* Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely to achieve an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety.
* Customer-focused with experience of working in void properties.
* Hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
* People who are punctual, reliable and comfortable operating small handheld plant (e.g., drills and breakers).
* Experience in social housing and kitchen fitting is advantageous.
* Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).

* Passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
* Willing to develop through training and potential support to obtain relevant qualifications.
