Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our location in Saffron Walden The Old Cross keys. The Restaurant Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, overseeing customer service standards, managing food and beverage operations, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and driving the growth of the establishment while achieving operational goals and working closely with a general manager.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
* Experience in Hiring and staff management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent Communication skills to maintain clear interactions with team members, guests, and vendors.
* Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including industry standards and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Proven problem-solving and organizational skills for managing a dynamic work environment.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is highly desirable.
