EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
* Previous mortgage administration experience required
* Excellent IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
* Experience of using CRM systems.
* Experience of managing client relationships.
* High level of numeracy
* Good interpersonal skills
* Professional telephone manner.
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills and ability to structure clear and informative emails (without the use of templates).
* Proven organisational skills & ability to multi-task.
* Accurate typing/Data Entry skills
Please note you MUST have 2+ years of UK based mortgage administration experience for this role.
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice, working for a highly successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser and assisting in the processing and completion of mortgage and protection applications whilst also managing their own workload.

Basic salary for this role is to £40,000 Plus benefits
This role would be office based, with 1 day per week WFH after the probation period
