Management Accountant - King's Lynn Salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience I am working with a well established and growing business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Business Director, this is a commercially focused role that will provide financial insight and analysis to support business decision making. The position offers a broad range of responsibilities across management accounts, reporting, cashflow and financial controls within a collaborative environment. The role You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and KPI reporting, while supporting the wider business with financial analysis and operational insight. Key responsibilities include Production of monthly management accounts Posting journals and maintaining the fixed asset register Balance sheet reconciliations Overseeing payroll and monthly salary payments Monitoring daily cashflow forecasts Managing weekly supplier and subcontractor payment runs Supporting quarterly VAT returns Producing monthly management reporting and WIP analysis Supporting the statutory audit process Providing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required About you Fully qualified or actively studying towards an accounting qualification Strong analytical and Excel skills Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business Experience within a similar management accounting role Previous construction sector experience would be advantageous but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a varied and commercially focused role where you can make a real impact.
