Responsibilities:
* Helping Customers –Manage non-performing loan accounts by engaging with customers and working towards positive financial outcomes.
* Building Relationships –Maintain strong connections with customers, ensuring their accounts are well managed and up to date.
* Business Lending –Work directly with business owners to assess loan applications and provide tailored financial solutions that help their businesses grow.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in credit management or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working directly with customers and business owners.
* A problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
