Frasers Group | HR Business Partner | North Nottingham or Oxford Street, London
Every now and then, we take on a new role with a business who blow us away with what they’re doing. This happened within seconds of our latest meeting with Frasers Group. Firstly, it was amazing to see a busy & buzzing office environment. From the first minute in reception the team there chatted away with us and displayed such positive energy. You could see the Frasers Group Values being lived from minute 1.
Think Without Limits
Own It
Be Relevant
The ‘Think Without Limits’ value particularly stuck with me. It really hit a chord. If you’re a HR Professional who feels frustrated by red tape, bureaucracy or a ‘computer says no’ approach, then you should consider a career at Frasers. I say career, as, you’re not taking just a job here. The growth and ambition in the business is huge. You can absolutely fly at Frasers. At Frasers, you’ll be empowered. You’ll be given opportunities. You’ll be given autonomy. If you’re looking for something different to the norm, then you’ve come to the right place. This role can be based in Shirebrook, North Nottingham. Or you could be based at the London HQ on Oxford Street.
You can wave goodbye to dull Teams meetings which could have been completed within 10 minutes face to face. Frasers approach to face-to-face interactions was fantastic to see. The team are based on site each day. You’ll be able to see your stakeholders and be able to have those water cooler conversations. You may even see them in one of the free gym classes ran for employees as part of their Frasers Fit initiative. Ultimately, things are set up with great comms at the heart of it. This is an environment where stuff gets done.
