Job Description What you'll be doing: Promote and rigorously review health and safety on site. Contact, review, and coach all security personnel monthly to monitor performance and maintain positive employee relations. Maintain effective communication through informal briefings and toolkit talks. Address employee relations issues promptly and consistently, following company disciplinary and grievance procedures. Encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards. Report all incidents in compliance with customer policy and procedure. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for personnel training, including routine duties and emergency procedures. Manage special assignments, ensuring adherence to agreed security procedures. Maintain the highest professional standards at all times. Monitor and report faults with security-related equipment accurately. Be fully conversant with operational functions (Access Control, CCTV, Detection, Alarm Systems). Analyse complex information to identify security-related trends and report effectively. Ensure understanding and implementation of company values. Provide appropriate training, advice, and support to ensure team success. Act as the first point of contact for site security function-related queries. Accurately complete company documents in line with policy/process. Refer staffing level issues to the Site Security Manager. Perform other duties as directed by the Protective Services Branch Manager.
