Foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.What We're Looking For: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. Proven leadership experience with strong team supervision and motivational skills. Solid understanding of medication administration and care protocols. Knowledge and experience in dementia care best practices.
