The successful candidate will collaborate with the Project Manager to manage projects, ensuring that Weetabix Capital funds are used effectively in line with the business's strategy and goals. You will be tasked with providing detailed project scopes while avoiding scope creep, drawing on your exceptional stakeholder management and persuasive abilities.

The Recipe (About the Role)
As part of our commitment to excellence and sustainability in project management, the following responsibilities are essential:
1. Deliver a 100% safety record with zero accidents across project delivery, demonstrating our unwavering dedication to the health and welfare of all personnel involved.
2. Adhere strictly to CAPEX budgets, monitoring both individual project budgets and the overarching department, site, and company CAPEX budgets to ensure financial integrity and accountability.
3. Forecast and update spend profiles on an ongoing basis, guaranteeing accurate financial planning and stringent control measures to manage expenditures effectively.
The Ingredients (What we need from you)
Key Skills
* Competent with MS Office and standard Engineering applications
* Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and technical requirements
* Experience of working in Engineering, Food, and/or FMCG
* Managing budgets
* Working within a stage-gate driven project management process
* Implementing and managing change
Desirable Skills
* Recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Suitable safety qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, FAAW, or IOSH)
* Project Management Qualification, Prince 2, APM, etc.
