Quality Assurance Administrator Location: Willenhall, West Midlands Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive (DOE) Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Administrator to support the design team and assist with both QA processes and general office administration. The successful candidate will help maintain ISO 9001 standards, manage project-related documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain Quality Assurance records and ISO 9001 documentation for design projects. * Process and track permit applications. * Monitor job progress and manage invoicing from applications. * Support procurement activities. * Handle enquiries, quotes, and job logging. * Assist with labour programme planning and look-ahead scheduling. * Monitor and manage daily email correspondence. * Undertake additional reasonable tasks as requested by Directors. Skills & Requirements * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Previous office administration experience (construction industry experience advantageous). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
