This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining office collaboration with flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Processing a high volume of supplier invoices daily Posting transactions to cost centres accurately Managing purchase orders (POs), training operational teams, and raising internal POs Performing credit checks and processing employee expenses Handling bank reconciliations and supporting timely payment runs Posting invoices to the ledger and assisting with month-end processes Managing supplier queries and liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Understanding prepayments and accruals for accurate reporting What We're Looking For: Previous experience in accounts payable or general finance support Strong understanding of POs, accruals, and prepayments Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processing Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Why Apply?
