The Matron (RMN/RNLD) will:
Lead the Nursing team to ensure excellent care and positive outcomes.
Oversee person-centred Nursing Care Plans, ensuring regular updates and reviews.
Maintain clinical ordering and supplies.

Support staff management, including recruitment and training.
