Employee Contracts Coordinator
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Rate: £16.41 per hour
Contract: Temporary until 31 March 2026
Join a global, fast-paced business in a crucial HR support role with a real international twist! We're looking for a detail-focused Employee Contracts Coordinator to join a busy Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a temporary basis through to March 2026.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in HR operations or legal environments, particularly where contract drafting and accuracy are critical. With support extended across 30 countries, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain international exposure in a professional and collaborative environment.
Role Summary: As the Contracts Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the onboarding journey—preparing, checking, and tailoring contracts for new hires across multiple locations. You’ll work closely with recruiters, HR teams, and candidates, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional process at every step.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and adapting employment contracts in line with international and local hiring practices
* Checking for variations in standard terms and amending accordingly
* Serving as a point of contact for new hires regarding contract status and onboarding queries
* Keeping applicant records accurate and up to date in the internal ATS
* Providing daily administrative support to the TA team
* Following established processes while also suggesting and supporting process improvements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years in HR administration, contract drafting, or legal coordination
* Solid experience preparing employee contracts (international exposure an advantage)
* Excellent written accuracy and a naturally process-driven mindset
* Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with candidates and stakeholders
* Positive, proactive, and adaptable working style
* Familiarity with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Eightfold or similar
Additional Information:
* This is a hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Uxbridge), 2 days working from home
* Hours are Monday to Friday, standard office hours
* Role is offered on a temporary contract basis through to 31 March 2026
